Private Consultation

A space that meets you where you are

People come to Light Blue Psychology for many reasons. Sometimes it’s to work through a specific difficulty, other times it’s to make sense of a shift in life, identity or direction. You might be feeling stuck, tired, unsettled, or simply ready to focus on yourself. There doesn’t need to be a crisis to begin.

Light Blue Psychology offers time to slow down, talk things through, and look at what might be helpful going forward.

What to Expect

Our work together begins with a conversation about what brings you here. Together, we clarify what you hope to get from therapy, explore your story and context, and find practical and meaningful ways to support your wellbeing.

People come for many reasons, including:

  • Anxiety, low mood or feeling overwhelmed
  • Burnout or emotional exhaustion
  • Identity questions or transitions
  • Couples therapy
  • Relationship, intimacy or trust concerns
  • Navigating life, work or cultural changes
  • A desire for clarity, growth or personal direction

Who I Work With

I work with adults in one-to-one therapy, offering support tailored to each person’s needs, background and life context.

Sessions are available:

  • In person in Cronulla (NSW)
  • Online via secure Telehealth
  • Outdoors in nature, where appropriate

Services are offered in English and Spanish.

My Approach

I take a collaborative and structured approach that is grounded in evidence-based practice and adapted to your needs and preferences. Our work together might include:

  • Getting to know you through clinical interview and reflective conversation
  • Clarifying your goals or areas of focus
  • Identifying helpful pathways and possible barriers
  • Teaching tools and techniques to support insight, coping and flexibility
  • Enhancing motivation and readiness for change
  • Addressing co-occurring mental health concerns, such as anxiety or low mood
  • Setting small, practical tasks to apply between sessions
  • Monitoring progress regularly and adjusting pathways as needed

Therapeutic Models I Draw From

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Narrative Therapy
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS-informed approach)
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Problem-Solving Therapy
  • Trauma-informed and attachment-based frameworks
  • Mindfulness and values-based reflection

Rather than applying a fixed method, I adapt my approach based on your unique story, culture, strengths and preferences.

Getting Started

Therapy can be helpful for many reasons, not just during a crisis. You might be feeling unsure, flat, curious or simply needing time to reflect.

If you’re thinking about getting started, feel free to reach out. I usually begin with a short exchange to understand what you’re looking for and whether I am the right person to support you.

There is no urgency or pressure, just a starting point. I look forward to working with you.
