Consulting for Organisations
Whether you are leading a large organisation, managing a small business, or supporting a community-based team, the way people feel at work matters. Psychological safety, trust and connection are not just nice-to-haves, they are essential for clear thinking, effective collaboration and sustainable performance.
I partner with leaders and teams to create workplace environments where people can think clearly, relate authentically, and work in ways that are both effective and humane.
What Your Organisation Might Be Facing
You or your team might be:
- Struggling to translate strategy, values or insights into meaningful day-to-day behaviour
- Wanting to improve team dynamics, communication or conflict resolution
- Seeking support to build psychological safety and trust
- Managing growth, change or a shift in culture
- Navigating staff fatigue, burnout or disengagement
- Wanting to embed values of diversity, inclusion, care and fairness
- Looking to strengthen leadership capability, accountability and alignment
- Trying to reconnect with purpose, people and shared goals
You do not need to wait for a crisis to invest in a healthier workplace. Even small changes can create a meaningful shift in energy, culture and engagement.
How I Support Organisations
I collaborate with business owners, executives, HR leaders, WHS leaders and Chief Mental Health Officers to design and deliver support that fits your goals and context. This may include workshops, strategic advice, team coaching, listening programmes or employee experience initiatives.
My focus is on translating insight into practical, meaningful change, supporting leaders and teams to move from awareness to action in a way that is sustainable and grounded in real-world contexts, not tick-box compliance or off-the-shelf solutions.
My Background
I bring over 25 years of experience in organisational psychology and leadership, including senior roles at McKinsey & Company and Westpac, where I led initiatives in culture, employee experience and inclusion.
My experience also includes working with organisations such as CBA, the Centre for Corporate Health, Ipsos and Coles across consulting and contracting roles.
My background spans industrial and production engineering, business management and communications, and clinical psychology. This allows me to bring together systems thinking, business insight and psychological depth when working with organisations.
