My Approach

Alongside my clinical training, I bring over 25 years of leadership and consulting experience, including senior roles at McKinsey & Company and Westpac. My experience includes working with organisations such as CBA, the Centre for Corporate Health, Ipsos and Coles across consulting and contracting roles.

I’ve supported professionals and high performers across industries, from corporate to creative, clinical to entrepreneurial, as well as individuals operating in high-performance environments, including those in sport.

I draw on approaches such as ACT, CBT and Narrative Therapy, integrating coaching strategies where useful. Sessions are tailored to your needs, pace and context.
