My Background

I bring over 25 years of experience in organisational psychology and leadership, including senior roles at McKinsey & Company and Westpac, where I led initiatives in culture, employee experience and inclusion. As a registered psychologist, I combine clinical understanding with business insight, helping workplaces navigate complexity while keeping people at the centre.
