General and Clinical Psychology

Life can be unpredictable, demanding or overwhelming at times. You might be feeling anxious, low in mood or unsure how to cope with changes happening around or within you. Perhaps you’re going through a significant life transition, adjusting to a new role, culture or stage of life, or trying to make sense of emotions that feel difficult to name. Whatever brings you here, you are not alone, and it is okay to seek support.

What You Might Be Facing

You may be experiencing:

  • Persistent worry, overthinking or difficulty relaxing
  • Low energy, lack of motivation or feelings of hopelessness
  • Unprocessed memories, flashbacks or emotional numbness after distressing experiences
  • Major life transitions such as separation, relocation, parenthood or ageing
  • Challenges adjusting to a new culture, identity or environment
  • Feelings of grief or loss following death, relationship changes or a shift in identity or purpose
  • A general sense of being stuck or disconnected from who you are

These experiences can affect your wellbeing, relationships, confidence and ability to enjoy life, but they do not define you.

If you are seeking support for couple or relationship therapy, you might be noticing:

  • Ongoing communication difficulties or frequent conflict
  • Feeling emotionally distant, unseen or misunderstood
  • Challenges around sex, intimacy and desire
  • Erosion of trust or difficulty rebuilding after setbacks
  • Struggles balancing care, validation and togetherness in daily life
  • Misalignment of goals, values or future direction
  • Difficulty functioning as a team through parenting, finances or life transitions
  • A wish to reconnect, strengthen partnership, and rediscover joy together

How Therapy Can Support You

Therapy can provide space to slow down, reflect and make sense of what is happening. Whether working individually or as a couple, we explore your experiences together to build clarity, insight and strategies that align with your values. The aim is not to “fix” you or your relationship, but to support you in creating deeper connection, resilience and fulfilment.

My Approach

I work collaboratively and respectfully, tailoring sessions to your goals, pace and preferences.

  • Individual therapy: Drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy and Problem-Solving Therapy.
  • Couple therapy: As a trained practitioner in the My Love Your Love approach, I offer structured, evidence-based support to help couples improve communication, rebuild trust, explore sex and desire, and strengthen teamwork. Sessions balance care and validation with practical skills to support togetherness, intimacy and long-term alignment.

All sessions are grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive and strengths-based principles and are inclusive of neurodiverse minds, as well as people of all genders and sexualities.

You Do Not Have to Be in Crisis to Seek Support

You might be here simply because you want to understand yourself better, feel more grounded or navigate change with intention. Whatever your reason, your experience matters.

You Are Invited to Begin When You Are Ready

I offer sessions in person in Cronulla, outdoors in nature or online via Telehealth, in English or Spanish. If this sounds like the kind of support you are looking for, feel free to get in touch or book a time that suits you.
